Multi-attribute group decision-making plays an important role in modern politics, economy, culture, and life. The multi-attribute process is limited by policymakers’ experience, knowledge of uncertainty factors, such as weight information, difficult to directly provide. Moreover, many types complex rescue information are accurately describe numerical terms, which reduces the accuracy objectivity decision results, although fuzzy theory solve these problems provides a suitable tool. In order above problems, new VIKOR method based on trapezoidal numbers (TFNs) proposed. Firstly, expert calculated distance measurement method, criterion deviation maximization then used problem. verify effectiveness feasibility this it applied emergency alternative selection Finally, symmetry analysis carried out contrast experiment sensitivity test.
